The proposed dessert contains 7-23% by mass fruit pieces primarily raisins and/or stone-less Morello cherries - mixed into a matrix of curd in the shape of rods. The fruit pieces are evenly distributed, 12-14 in each rod. A preparation method is also proposed, involving the application of feed pressure, such that the ratio of rod diameter to length is 1:4 and the fruit pieces are evenly distributed within the rods. |
