PURPOSE: A rear air conditioner system for motor vehicle is provided to achieve an improved convenience and maintain comfort indoor environment. CONSTITUTION: A rear air conditioner system comprises a carbon dioxide sensor(16) mounted to an inlet part of an inlet grill(14) and connected to an electronic control unit(20); an evaporator(12) arranged underneath a rear tray(32) to be adjacent to a blower motor(10); an inlet grill chain(22) installed to be open/shut at a surface of the rear tray arranged above the blower motor; a film door(34) interposed between the blower motor and the evaporator in such a manner that the film door allows the blower motor and the evaporator to be communicated with or shut from each other; an outlet grill chain(24) installed to be open/shut at the surface of the rear tray arranged above the blower motor; a drive unit connected to the electronic control unit, and which operates the inlet grill chain and the outlet grill chain to be open/shut simultaneously with the operation of the air conditioner; and a guide member and a drive unit for the film door. |
