Said array is placed on the ground directly under the foundation slab of the building. It comprises a plurality of coplanar and laterally adjacent modules. Each of said modules comprises two identical, rigid plastic parts (2-2'), which are centrally connected to one another by an absorber (3) and perimetrically by a car tire (5), preferably a used car tire, thus forming an elastically deformable chamber that is filled with a plastic granular material (6) having hydraulic effects in such a way that vertical and horizontal efforts of a seismic wave are absorbed by radial or horizontal deformation of the above-mentioned modules (1).
