METHOD FOR COLLECTING AND PROCESSING INFORMATION

The object of the invention is a method for collecting data from users of terminals connected to a data network, through the said data network utilizing the terminals, by putting one or more questions included in the questions of the inquiry to the users of the terminals. The method of the invention enables one to keep the disturbance level aimed at the user of the terminal as low as possible by defining a maximum number of questions to be answered by a single respondent. For each question, at least one statistical characteristic is computed on the basis of the received answers after one or more answers given to the question. The selection of the questions to be put can be based at least partly on the said statistical characteristics.
