A drive device with non-circular gear, comprising a non-circular drive gear (11) having a torque motor (10) as a drive source and a gear train transmitting the rotation of the torque motor from the motor shaft (1) of the torque motor to a driven shaft (13) and fixed to the motor shaft and a non-circular driven gear (12) fixed to the driven shaft and meshed with the non-circular drive gear, wherein, when a current is supplied to the torque motor (10) and the motor shaft (1) is rotated, the rotation is transmitted from the non-circular drive gear (11) to the non-circular driven gear (12) to rotate the driven shaft, and the torque of the torque motor (10) is transmitted to the driven shaft in the state of being increased or decreased depending on the position of the rotation, whereby the drive device with the torque motor capable of providing a desired torque at any rotating position can be provided.
