PURPOSE: A lower garment with a velcro band is provided to freely and conveniently adjust and fasten the size of waist of the lower garment including pants without using any belt. CONSTITUTION: The lower garment(1), for example pants, comprises an inside velcro band(2), an outside velcro band(3) opposite the inside velcro band, and a handle member(4) attached to the outside velcro band to allow the outside velcro band to be engaged with the inside velcro band or be released from the inside velcro band. Additionally, the inside velcro band is provided with plural female type hooks, and the outside velcro band is provided with a male type hook. |
