The user makes an access to the prescribing server to prescribe a purchase, the prescribing server encodes the contents of the perspiration for the purchase and sends the coded prescription information to the portable terminal, the user goes to the shop terminal and presents the sent coded prescription information to the shop terminal, and the shop terminal makes an access to the prescribing server, checks the presented coded prescription information, and allows the user who has presented the coded prescription information to enter if the prescription information is adequate.
