PURPOSE: An electronic payment system using LCD barcode of mobile terminal, a method thereof and a method for paying cash are provided to remove the inconvenience of possessing and the risk of missing by displaying a barcode capable of discriminating a user on an LCD window of mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a mobile terminal(100) executing the function of affiliating, receiving and storing an LCD barcode through the wireless Internet, and displaying the LCD barcode, a computer(200) for registering as a member through the Internet, a bank server system(300) generating each LCD barcode for a new member, confirming an approval for cash payment and the authenticating result by a request, a barcode scanner(600) recognizing the LCD barcode of mobile terminal, a store client system(400) requesting an authentication and price payment to the bank server system by receiving the barcode information, the payment amount and a member password, and processing the price payment and outputting a slip by the authentication and the approval of price payment, and a cash payment client system(500) processing the cash payment by receiving the confirmation of authentication and cash payment approval.
