PURPOSE: Provided is a functional soju containing aloe extracts which relieve hangover and headache and promote smooth bowl movement. Therefore, it has improved flavor and taste and causes no hangover and headache. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: extracting aloe and additives(date, schizandra, licorice, angelica root, dry matters, Cnidium and apple juice); making undiluted aloe solution with the above extracts; mixing soju and the undiluted aloe solution; and controlling the mixing ratio(mixing gel with solution, or mixing solutions only).
