PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating an end plate of a pressurized vessel is provided to reduce working time and to save the manufacturing cost by stopping an extrusion pump when the process is finished. CONSTITUTION: An inner mold(5) is installed at an upper portion of a water tank(1). The inner mold(5) is formed at a periphery thereof with a bending portion(5-1). An outer mold(6) having a pressing section(6-1) at a periphery thereof coupled to a lower portion of a hydraulic press by interposing a latching section(6-2) and a wire(7-1). A detector(1) is installed at a center of a bottom of the outer mold(6). A discharging pipe(3-2) having a check valve therein inserted into a chamber of the water tank(1). The check valve(3-3) is connected to the extrusion pump. An intake pipe(3-1) of the extrusion pump is connected to the auxiliary water tank(2) through a drain valve(3-4).
