METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CUBIC LABEL MADE OF SILICON RESIN

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cubic label made of a silicon resin is provided to solve a disharmony of a label color and clothes color by providing a label having a transparent base and a various thickness. CONSTITUTION: A silicon resin solution is injected to a recess of a metallic molding plate having a character and a picture. A bubble generated during the injection process of the silicon resin solution is removed. The silicon resin solution is hardened by heating the molding plate. A silicon label plate(6) is placed on a silicon resin plate formed thermally at the recess of the molding plate and is pressed and adhered by an oil thermal pressing machine at temperature of 100¯250 °C. The silicon label(6) adhered at the silicon resin layer(7) is separated from the recess of the molding plate.
