PURPOSE: A computer system using speed re-margining and a producing method thereof are provided to offer a high performance computer system for a cheap price by preventing many parts of performance of the computer parts from keeping in dead. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of deciding a specification of computer system(2), selecting the definite parts matching the specification(4), customizing the selected parts, making a test product by using the customized parts(6), supplementing the test product by finding out an accurate setting value through the speed re-margining process using the test product, verifying the performance, compatibility and stability of the produced computer system through a test(8), and tuning the verified computer system.
