PURPOSE: A cooling/heating apparatus with ventilation function is provided to maintain indoor area at a comfort state by performing heating or cooling operation simultaneously with a ventilating operation, while simplifying structure and reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A cooling/heating apparatus comprises a case(100); shield screens(103a,103b) positioned inside of the case, and which divide interior of the case into plural spaces; air filters(105a,105b) attached to the surface of the case forming an uppermost space(101a) and a lowermost space(101c) from among the plural spaces; openings(107a,107b) positioned at the spaces where air filters are attached, and formed at the surface of the case opposed to the air filters, respectively; fans(111a,111b) installed in the vicinity of each air filter within the case, and which operate by motors(109a,109b), respectively; cooling/heating coils(113a,113b) installed in the vicinity of each fan within the case; a compressor(115) installed in the space where the air filter is not mounted, within the case; a valve(117) mounted within the case, and which guides the advance direction of cooling/heating material in accordance with the user selection on cooling or heating operation; a pipe(119) installed among cooling/heating coils, compressor and the valve, and which penetrates through the shield screen so as to serve as a passage of the cooling/heating material; and a capillary pipe(121) mounted at the intermediate portion of the pipe installed between cooling/heating coils, and which lowers pressure and temperature of the cooling/heating material. |
