<p>A diaper and a method of manufacturing plural diapers. Each diaper includes a front section, a rear section and an intermediate section. The intermediate section is formed of a fluid pervious cover-stock, an absorbent core and a fluid impervious barrier layer and has a pair of elasticized sides and a pair of end portions secured to the middle of the front and rear sections, respectively. The intermediate section forms a pair of upstanding walls conforming to the crotch of the wearer. The front and rear sections have complementary shapes of concave and convex bottom edges, such that no wastage of material is originated during manufacturing.</p> |
