An overhead conveyor, comprising a pair of front hanger arms (2a, 2a) for supporting the bottom surface part of a body front part thereon and a pair o f rear hanger arms (2b, 2b) for supporting the bottom surface of the body rear part installed on a hanger body (2d) moving along a traveling rail (R) installed on a ceiling side, wherein either of the pair of front hanger arms (2a, 2a) and the pair of rear hanger arms (2b, 2b) are movably installed on the hanger body (2d), a locking groove (13) for locking the pair of movable hanger arms on the hanger body (2d) at each body supporting position through a locking lever (14), and a locking lever operating actuator (16) is provided to engage and disengage the locking lever (14).
