PURPOSE: A system and a managing method for producing and making an electronic name card using a wireless Internet network are provided to enable the users to freely exchange the personal information each other by searching the information of receiver stored in the portable wireless terminal in any time and any place. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an electronic name card making/transmitting server(13) and a database server(18). The electronic name card making/transmitting server comprises a member data storage(14) storing various data for the registered member by connecting with a personal portable terminal(10) through a wireless Internet(11), an electronic name card generator(15) making the electronic name card by the user's request, an electronic name card storage(16) storing and managing the electronic name card, and an electronic name card transceiver(17) transmitting the made and stored electronic name card to a receiver. The database server comprises a member DB(19) storing the data for the registered member and affiliating company member, an electronic name card contents DB(20) storing the contents for a format and design of electronic name card, and an electronic name card DB(21) storing the made electronic name card of member.
