PURPOSE: Provided is an adjustable mouse pad able to move within a minimum distance from a keyboard to lead a restricted travel length of hand of a user at an optimum wrist level and to reduce fatigue loaded to shoulder, arm and wrist of the user. CONSTITUTION: The adjustable mouse pad comprises a wrist supporting rise having a sliding groove; another wrist supporting rise(150) for the mouse to move right and left; a connection pin(251) jointed to the rise(150); a guide groove stand for an upper leg(810) of the mouse pad(250); a lower leg to support the mouse pad together with the upper leg(810); a leg of the mouse pad having a height regulating cylinder(830) to joint both of the legs and to control the height; and a guide pipe(770) for the lower leg mounted on upper portion of a table(700).
