PURPOSE: A wastewater evaporating treatment equipment of low temperature evaporation using vapor compressor is provided, which can evaporate wastewater by natural evaporation without any vacuum de-pressure method by natural evaporation, achieve almost same energy efficiency as that of heat pump and treat wastewater completely without any water discharge. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an evaporator(1), a vapor compressor(2), two condensers(3,5), an oil/water separator(6), an electrode type heater(8) and a wastewater storage tank(10). Wastewater fed to the evaporator(1) is circulated through a condenser(3) by pump(7) and through heating device(8) heated by electrode type heater and filter(9), and evaporated at 70 deg.C by natural evaporation. Vapor evaporated from the evaporator(1) is adiabatically compressed by compressor(2), condensed at the condenser(3) and fed to treated water tank(4). The super heated steam passed through the condenser(3) is further heat exchanged at condenser(5) and fed to evaporator(1) after passing oil/water separator(6). |
