PURPOSE: Pretensioner structure for a seat cushion in a vehicle is provided to prevent a passenger from leaning forward with moving up the front of the upper frame at a collision by installing a pretensioner in the seat cushion. CONSTITUTION: A pretensioner of a seat cushion is composed of an ignition part(20) supplying expansion force to a cylinder(34) of a pinion gear part(30); the pinion gear part connecting to the ignition part, and having a pinion gear(31) and a piston(33) installed in the cylinder and connected to the pinion gear; a rack gear part(40) engaged with the pinion gear, and moved up and down along a guide hole(44) of an installation bracket(43) with a fitting protrusion(42); a lower frame(60); and an upper frame(50). The ignition part is installed in the lower frame, and the rack gear part is mounted in the upper frame. The seat cushion is moved up with turning the upper frame around a hinge(70) in lifting up the fitting protrusion along the guide hole. Leaning of the passenger is prevented with installing a pretensioner in the seat cushion at a collision.
