摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase difference amplifying method and phase difference amplifying system capable of realizing a phase difference amplification on substantially real time by use of an LCSLM(liquid crystal spatial light modulator). SOLUTION: The interference fringe pattern from an interferometer containing a sample 4 is written in an optical address type phase liquid crystal spatial light modulator 1 by the operation with a prescribed wavelength light 2, and optical beams 11 and 12 symmetrically incident on both sides of the optical axis of the reading side of the modulator 1 at equal angles are emitted to the written interference fringe pattern to generate two diffracted beams 13 and 14, and the two beams 13 and 14 are composed by the interferometer to generate an interference fringe pattern having a prescribed intensity distribution.
