<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile the prevention of the increase in transport time in cargo transport business and an improvement in guaranteeing accuracy of temperature control by confirming a temperature of individual cargos by simple work, and using confirmed temperature information as a control item on tracking control. SOLUTION: A bar code reader 220 with a temperature measuring device simultaneously detects ordinary transport control data possessed by a bar code 102 and the temperature of the cargos. A bar code reader terminal 200 transmits such data and the cargo temperature to a server 402 in a central control unit 401, and stores these data in a database 403. The server 402 judges a transport state on the basis of these information and a rule of the temperature control on transport. When judging the transport state as abnormal, a specific number of the cargos, the judging content and the second best policy are automatically transmitted to a field operator via a facsimile transmitter 404.</p> |
