PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of ALC, which is capable of effectively recycling industrial waste such as concrete waste or dust melted slag, for which conventially there is no effective utilization method, as a part of an ALC raw material. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of the ALC, a part of a siliceous raw material and a part of a calcareous raw material are substituted by pulverized powder of the concrete waste, pulverized powder of the dust melted slag or both of them. As the pulverized powder of the dust melted slag, not onely municipal refuse but one obtained by pulverizing the slag obtained by melting the ALC waste in a gasifying melting furnace can be used. The blending composition of the essential raw materials with the pulverized powder of the concrete waste and/or the dust melted slag is controlled to have the molar ratio CaO/SiO2 of 0.3-0.9. |
