PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a garbage disposal label in such a manner that the integral handling of a garbage disposal label piece having a tacky adhesive, a receipt piece and a dealer piece is made possible so as to make the handling of the many garbage disposal labels simple. SOLUTION: The receipt piece 3 is peelably affixed to the tacky adhesive surface of the garbage disposal label piece 2 having the tacky adhesive on the rear surface side and the dealer piece 4 is successively joined to the end of the garbage disposal label piece 2 or the receipt piece 3 peelably at a cutting- off part 6 as a boundary.
