PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simultaneous delivery by performing unified procurement processing control between plural ordering materials. SOLUTION: An ordering control system 100 and an order receiving system 200 are connected by a network 300. The ordering control system 100 has a request accepting means 110 for accepting a purchasing request from respective departments requiring the materials, a relating means 120 for relating mutual ordering parts, an ordering means 130 for performing ordering processing to the order receiving system 200 and an input-output device 140. The order receiving system 200 has an order receiving means 210 for accepting ordering information from the ordering control system 100 and a goods delivery means 220 for performing goods delivery processing while considering relating information. The relating means 120 adds related information to mutual these ordering numbers when there is the relation such as the delivery date, a goods delivery place, a body and a peripheral device between the plural ordering materials. The order receiving means 210 groups the materials with every related ordering number, and an unification performs order receiving processing on these. |
