PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution service method for a using space and its system, by which a user need not manage a separate key, minute accounting corresponding to the form of usage is enabled and the conditions of usage can be confirmed easily. SOLUTION: The system of distribution service for the using spaces has a carried user terminal 1, the using spaces 2 with locking-unlocking means, control servers 3 controlling the locking and unlocking of each using space on the basis of locking demand information or unlocking data radio-transmitted from the user terminal and controlling a plurality of the using spaces collected at fixed places and a host computer 4 communication-connected to a plurality of the control servers 3 dispersed and arranged at each place through telecommunication circuits and determining the conditions of usage of the using spaces under the control of each control server.
