<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a single display device to correspond to two kinds of displays such as a moving picture display in full color and a gradation display of low power consumption, and also to highly integrate display pixels. SOLUTION: Two display circuits for realizing an analog display mode and a digital display mode are arranged adjacently to each other in one display pixel 200, and both are made selectable by circuit selection circuits 40, 43. Moreover, a high potential side power source line 150 of a holding circuit 110 used in the digital display mode is shared with a selection signal line 88, therefore, it is possible to highly integrate the display pixel 200.</p> |
