PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter module which can easily be manufactured and which has high reliability in long-term use, and to provide optical devices such as an optical multiplexing and branching device, an optical equalizer using the same. SOLUTION: The optical filter module is provided with an optical filter which transmits, attenuates or reflects a light beam having specific wavelength selectively, a first optical system including an optical fiber which guides a light beam supplied to the optical filter, a second optical system including an optical fiber which is provided opposite to the first optical system through the optical filter and guides the light beam supplied from the optical filter and a cylindrical outside holder formed of glass which fixes the optical filter, the first optical system and the second optical system and holds them inside. |
