PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a heat exchanger where all adjacent fin faces are formed in parallel that condensate stands on fins at the leeward end part to cause a phenomenon where the condensate covers the adjacent fin faces and the problem of a heat exchanger where all adjacent fin faces are formed at a constant inclination angle that condensate is held easily on the inside of the ridge of a fin and the conduction area of air is limited to cause lowering of performance or increase of ventilation resistance. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises flat tubes and corrugate fins arranged alternately in parallel in the lateral direction. The upper fin part of the corrugate fin comprises a parallel fin part where adjacent fin faces are formed in parallel or an inclination fin part where adjacent fin faces are formed with a large inclination angle, and the lower fin part comprises a fin part of ordinary inclination angle.
