PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy select with the simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this select mechanism 1 of an automatic shift manual transmission for automatically selectively engaging heads 31 of plural fork shafts 3 with a shift driving element 2, the select mechanism of the automatic shift manual transmission is composed of plural inner levers 4 for engaging with the heads 31 of the plural fork shafts 3 and plural selector solenoids 5 for changing a shaft directional position of a movable element 51 by excitation and nonexcitation, and is constituted so that the plural inner levers 4 selectively engage with the shift driving element 2 for moving in the shift direction by a position of the movable element 51.
