PURPOSE: A system and a method for issuing electronic warranties are provided to let a client easily receive written guarantees including civil affair documents by using a computer equipped with an Internet connecting unit at home or in an office. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a client system(100) having a web browser(110), an output unit(120), and authorized certificates(130) stored in the format of encoded files, a server engine(220) to display many web pages(210) including warranty application forms based on the input information transmitted via the web browser of the client system and to drive many servers(230-250) with response to an HTTP(Hypertext Markup Language) request transmitted from the client system, a client information input form(260) to request a client to transmit basic information including the personal affairs of an individual or a corporation when the client system tries a first connection, and many databases(270-290) to record the authorized certificate information including client information and progression situations of warranty issuing.
