PURPOSE: A method for operating a client management community is provided to offer customized information to specialists as primary clients and the clients of the specialists, to offer personal newspapers to the clients, and to form a community using the specialists. CONSTITUTION: The system for operating a client management community comprises a web server(100), a primary client DB(Database)(110), a secondary client DB(120), the Internet(130), a primary client PC(Personal Computer)(140), and a secondary client PC(150). The web server provides the user with the primary client PC connected to the Internet with potential clients, carries out on-line client management as proxy, performs consultation via the primary and the secondary client DBs, and forms an on-line community. The specialists as primary clients offer the basic information of the secondary clients. The web server offers a service and customized information with the name of the primary client to the secondary client PC via the community site. The secondary clients form an on-line community. The primary and the secondary clients offer off-line services and manage clients through the on-line community.
