SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 2- (1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole of the formula (I) where R1 means hydrogen atom, C1-4-alkyl group or phenyl group that can be substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents taken among the group including halogen atom, hydroxy-group, nitro-group, C1-4-alkoxy-group, (C1-4- alkyl)-amino-group and di-(-alkyl)-amino-group; or the group of the formula (a) C1-4; Z means hydrogen atom or C1-4-alkoxy-group; R0 means the group of the formula Alk-NR4R5 where Alk is alkylene group with direct or branched C1-6-chain; one of R2 and R3 means amino-group and another one means amino-group or 5-6-membered saturated heterocyclic group including one or two nitrogen and/or oxygen atoms that is bound through its nitrogen atom being the indicated heterocyclic group can be substituted with C1-4-alkyl group, phenyl group or halogenphenyl group or the latter of R2 and R3 means the group of the formula -SR. Compounds show effect on heart and central nervous system. Also, invention describes method of synthesis of novel compounds, intermediate substances and pharmaceutical compositions based on these novel compounds.
