PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an optical system and to enhance its reliability and productivity. SOLUTION: A first lens array 320 with plural first microlenses arranged in a matrix shape and a second lens array 340 with plural second microlenses arranged in a matrix shape in correspondence to the respective first microlenses are formed in one united body by way of a triangular prism 310 whose section comprises one major side and two minor sides and a reflective surface which totally reflects light is formed on a face formed by the major side of the prism 310.
