摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking method by which a microlens substrate and a protective glass substrate can be stuck to each other while reducing unevenness in the thickness of an adhesive resin layer. SOLUTION: The sticking method for sticking a microlens substrate 73 formed by disposing microlens arrays and a protective glass substrate 76 to each other by way of an adhesive resin 74 has a step for disposing granular spacers 75 in areas in which microlens arrays are not formed between the microlens substrate 73 and the protective glass substrate 76, a step for supplying the adhesive resin 74 to the space between the microlens substrate and the protective glass substrate, a step for overlapping the microlens substrate and the protective glass substrate and a step for applying pressure to the microlens substrate and the protective glass substrate. In the step for applying pressure, a space is kept between the microlens substrate and the protective glass substrate by the granular spacers and pressure is applied while ensuring a flow passage for the adhesive resin.
