PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents distributing system for making it unnecessary to record and hold any digital contents data in package media. SOLUTION: Music data distributing devices 31 and 32 store contents data, and at the time of receiving a transmission request from a reproducing device 5 for the stored contents data, the music data distributing devices judge whether or not access to the contents data by a user who issues the transmission request is permitted, and at the time of judging that the access is permitted, the music data distributing devices transmit the contents data through a repeater system 41 to the reproducing device 5. The reproducing device 5 reproduces the received contents data, and generates an analog reproduction signal. |
