PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for a synthetic resin plate, capable of preventing a failure caused by oil sticking to the surface of a synthetic resin plate at fixing an image by removing the oil sticking to the surface of the synthetic resin plate by a cleaning device. SOLUTION: A roller type cleaning device 10 is arranged on the downstream side of an image fixing position and also on the upstream side of the contact position with the sucking/holding member 21 of a supply/discharge device 20. And, the oil sticking to the optical disk D is removed by shifting the oil to the cleaning roller 11 of the roller type cleaning device, and the oil shifted to the cleaning roller is scraped into an oil collecting part 13 arranged below. Then, the oil sticking on the optical disk is removed after the toner image transferred on the optical disk is fixed.
