PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off board of which the mutual coupling strength between the components of a shielding member is improved. SOLUTION: A cut-off board 1 comprises a I I I-shaped band-like elastic waterproof body 3 and two shielding members 9 and 9 having fixing pieces 12 which can be fixed to surrounding predetermined positions with bolts 19 with respective recessed portions closed at the elastic body 3. Each shielding member 9 comprises a U-shaped frame body 10 connected to the elastic body 3, and a closing plate 15 closing inner peripheral side of the frame body. The frame body 10 is arranged at the outer peripheral side and comprises a connecting portion 11 adhered and connected to the elastic body 3, and a flange portion 13 projecting from the inner peripheral surface of the connecting portion 11. By overlapping the outer peripheral edge of the closing plate 15 to the flange portion 13 and fixing with a screw 17, it is connected to the frame body 10.
