PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unspoiled precious wood board thinly adhered to the surface without occurrence of warping or cracking. SOLUTION: A plurality of laminated lumbers 10 made from square lumber are put side by side and glued together and a core member 6 is formed; materials 2a and 2b for a fixture are formed by bonding unspoiled boards of precious wood to the surface, and a reinforcing board 9 for preventing the warping of the unspoiled boards 8a and 8b of precious wood is interposed between the core member 6 and the unspoiled boards 8a and 8b and bonded together in the configuration.
