PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a square with affiliated parking systems capable of maintaining both the parking systems and the square in a shopping district. SOLUTION: Three or more tower-like parking systems 17 each having a storage room 1 for storing bicycles in multiple stages vertically and radially from the shaft center are installed apart from each other by the prescribed distance or above. Beams 14 are connected to the tower-like parking systems 17, and roofs 15 are stuck to the beams 14. Since the parking systems 17 are separately provided and connected together by the beams 14, both the parking systems 17 and the square are maintained, i.e., the parking systems for the buying customers and the people visiting the shopping district can be secured, and the multi-purpose square can be secured. The square, where the parking systems 17 are installed nearby and a high customer collecting effect is achieved, is obtained, thus resulting in the activation of the shopping district.
