PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house having a guest room capable of avoiding crossing of family's traffic line and guest's traffic line in the house to enable quiet and calm hospitality and ensuring convenience on their traffic line when both of them enter and leave the house. SOLUTION: A courtyard 4 is arranged adjacent to the east side of an earthen floor 6 of an entrace 5, a living room 10 and a dining kitchen 9 are arranged on the south side and the north side of the courtyard 4, respectively, to communicate them through the earthen floor 6 and entrances 8, 7 of the entrace 5, and a corridor 17 connecting the living room 10 with the dining kitchen 9 is provided on the east side of the courtyard 4 to connect a corridor 18 extending to the east side in the center in the worth and south directions. A guest room 15 whose west side and north side are adjacent to the corridor 18 and the living room 10, respectively, and in which family and a guest can enter and leave through doors 15c, 15a is arranged, and toilets 22, 23, a lavatory 20, and a bathroom 21 facing the corridor 18 are provided.
