PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe barricade structure having almost no exposure of a joint mechanism with a pipe to the outside without having need to use any clamp. SOLUTION: Each of inclined planes 15 and 19 is provided to one end of each of first and second pipe restraining bodies 13 and 16. A female screw 18 is screwed in a male screw inserted in the direction of an axis in the pipe restraining body 13, and when the male screw is clamped, the first and second restraining bodies 13 and 16 are pushed against each other in the direction of the axis in a state to come into contact with each other in the inclined planes 15 and 19. The first and second pipe restraining bodies 13 and 16 are inserted into one end of a pipe 21, and when the male screw 11 is clamped, the axes of the first and second pipe restraining bodies 13 and 16 are slipped off, the circumferences of the pipe restraining bodies 13 and 16 are strongly pushed against the inside circumference of the pipe 21, and one end of the pipe 21 is fixed on the pipe restraining bodies 13 and 16.
