PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide styrene derivatives having an excellent activated blood coagulation X-factor inhibitory activity and useful as a treating or preventing agent of blood coagulation diseases, their pharmacologically permissible salts and a medicine containing them. SOLUTION: The styrene derivatives are expressed by the general formula (1) [wherein, R1 is H, a halogen atom, an alkyl, an alkoxy or hydroxy; R2, R3 are each H, a halogen atom or a substitutable alkyl; R4 is a substitutable alkanoyl or a substitutable alkylsulfonyl; R5, R6 are each H, a halogen atom, a sunstitutable alkyl, an alkoxy, a carbamoyl, an alkoxycarbonyl or a substitutable carbaamoyl; R7 is a substitutable saturated cyclic amino].
