PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide O-substituted calix arenes capable of providing a photocurable composition having good preservation stability before photocuring, and capable of providing a cured product having excellent heat resistance, adhesion to other materials, etc., after curing by allowing the calix arenes to be included in the photocurable composition. SOLUTION: This O-substituted calix arene or a derivative thereof has two or more kinds of phenol units having polymerizable functional groups introduced to the phenolic hydroxy groups of a part or the whole of phenol groups in the plural phenol units constituting the calix arene or the derivative thereof. The polymerizable oligomer for the photocurable resin contains the compound as an active ingredient, and the photocurable composition contains the compound.
