PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow production without using vulcanization bonding. SOLUTION: (1) This pad 1 for a crawler belt track shoe is made of aluminium, is embedded with a head part of a nut 2 or a bolt 3, and is directly tightened to the plate via no steel plate by screwing the bolt into the nut in the case of the nut, and by screwing the nut to the bolt in the case of the bolt. (2) In this method of manufacturing the pad 1, the head part of the nut 2 or the bolt 3 is arranged inside a pad molding die, fused aluminium is poured into the molding die to be solidified, and the head part of the nut 2 or the bolt 3 is embeddedly molded thereby into the pad.
