PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of the rotational frequency of a motor and a space for a bicycle front wheel speed change gear. SOLUTION: The bicycle front wheel speed change gear contains the electric motor 15 for controlling an operation arm 12. The operation arm 12 is formed with an extension portion of a node joint arm 7 for the speed change gear. A gear linking and reducing transmission contains a worm screw 18 and a sector gear 22 or bevel pairs 23, 24.
