PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting work vehicle capable of cutting a long and thick steel member, reducing initial cost and running cost, and being used even in a narrow work site. SOLUTION: A lower part running body 21 is provided, and an upper part turning body 22 turning around a vertical shaft core is provided on the lower part running body 21. A cutting device 3 provided with an upper part cutting blade 34a opening and closing vertically and a fixed lower part cutting blade 32a is attached to the lower part running body 21 of a work vehicle 2 in which a work arm 24 provided with a work device at its tip and capable of bending freely is supported so as to rise up and fall down freely by the upper part turning body 22. Consequently, stability of the work vehicle 1 does not produce a problem, and the large-scale cutting device 3 having large capacity can be mounted on the small work vehicle 1.
