MANUFACTURE OF CERAMIC FILTER AND CERAMIC FILTER THEREBY

摘要

PURPOSE: A water purification ceramic filter using elvan, sericite and zeolite is provided to emit far infrared ray, remove harmful materials(heavy metals, organic pollutants, etc.) in water, and give medicinal effects. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ceramic filter is as follows: mixing raw materials comprising 45-55wt.% of elvan, 25-35wt.% of sericite and 15-20wt.% of zeolite with water; forming in a form of bead(1.5-10mm); drying at 100-300deg.C for 1-5hrs.; sintering at 1200-1300deg.C for 1-5hrs.
