PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for mobile telecommunication using carrier wave reuse system are provided to restore original data by modulating the fast speed data through a differential phase shift keying and then carrying out an amplitude shift modulation using carrier waves from a base station to transfer an upward modulation signal into the base station and receive a downward modulation signal at the base station. CONSTITUTION: Data including control data are processed to form a certain data frame. The data frame is decoded by a certain source coding system. The coded data frame is primary modulated by a first modulation/demodulation system based on a certain first carrier wave. The primary modulated signal is secondary modulated by a second modulation/demodulation system based on a certain second carrier wave with a certain frequency and then transferred into a base station. A downward modulation signal received at the base station is demodulated by the second modulation/demodulation system to restore to a source coded signal. The restored signal is decoded by a certain source decoding system to output into an original data.
