<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of a prior art such that an existent home electrical product which is not adaptive to power saving is never reducible in power consumption as long as it is continuously used although a home electrical product which is adaptive to power saving is expected to have its unnecessary power consumption reduced only when bought. SOLUTION: Electric power is saved by providing a switch which performs ON/OFF control through the sensing of a moving body detecting means between the existent electrical product and a power outlet. Further, a method for detecting a static body by a sensor using a microwave is shown and its function is used to provide an accurate home presence detection sensor.</p> |
