The reduction rate in the Si/Fe ratio after the carrier is cleaned with toluene satisfies 1.5% <= reduction rate in Si/Fe(%)<=15%. The transmittance for light when the carrier is dispersed in an aqueous solution satisfies transmittance T(%)>=95%.
